Welcome to DEFO LONDON. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and purchases made through our online store.

2. Products
We offer fashion clothing including tracksuits, jackets, casualwear and other garments.
We aim to provide accurate product photographs, descriptions, sizes and colours.
Actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting. This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are not as described.
3. Sizes
Customers are encouraged to check our UK sizing guide before purchasing.
If you need sizing assistance, please contact our customer service team before ordering.
4. Prices
All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (£).
Applicable taxes are included where required. Delivery charges and the total order cost will be displayed before payment.
We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing errors before accepting an order.
5. Orders and payments
Customers must provide accurate order and delivery information.
Orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.
An order confirmation will be provided in a form customers can retain.
6. Stock availability
If an ordered item becomes unavailable, we will contact the customer and offer an appropriate alternative or refund.
Any replacement item will require the customer's agreement.
7. Delivery
Delivery options, charges and estimated delivery times are displayed before checkout.
Unless a different delivery period is agreed, we will deliver within 30 days of the contract being made.
We remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to the customer or their nominated recipient, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
8. Returns and cancellations
For most online clothing orders, customers have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days after receiving their goods without giving a reason.
Customers must return the goods within 14 days after notifying us of cancellation.
9. Faulty or incorrect products
If an item is faulty, damaged, not as described or incorrect, please contact us.
We will provide remedies in accordance with applicable UK consumer law, including refunds, repairs or replacements where required.
10. Custom-made clothing
Where we offer personalised or made-to-measure clothing, customers must provide accurate measurements and specifications.
Goods genuinely made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalised may be exempt from the standard change-of-mind cancellation right.
This does not affect statutory rights relating to faulty or incorrectly supplied products.
11. Intellectual property
The DEFO LONDON brand name, original logos, photographs, designs and website content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws where relevant.
Unauthorised reproduction or commercial use of protected content is prohibited.
12. Website use
Customers must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access or engage in fraudulent activity.
13. Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful or restricts customers' statutory consumer rights.
